Tuesday 26th March...
Blake contacted me 2 days ago about the immaculate Firenze Red Commercial I had for sale & I happily agreed to deliver it to him down in Somerset.
I filled her up this morning, set off at 6.30am & arrived with him around lunchtime, its a long way from Rochdale.
34mpg averaging with half a tank left to handover.
I decided to drive this one down & get the train back, I'm getting old now so a 11hr round trip with the trailer isn't as appealing as taking the train back.
Monday 24th March...
Well...myself & Paula set off from Rochdale 10th March for a 2 week Euro trip to inc Chamonix & Switzerland covering just short of 1900 trouble free miles & arrived back home1/2hr ago...
I cannot say enough positive things about this car, taken in PX a year ago, wife fell in love with it, we've kept hold, spent money further improving it inc some good preventative mechanical work, several oil changes in the year since owning it & so far, so good!
Its either Austria & Germany in Sept or NC500 in Oct before planning a 2nd trip back to Chamonix in Feb/March 26.
Now for Clive Symons's visit later this week for a few more goodies he's kindly supplying/fitting.

A few more updates on LR4's own Landy...
In readiness for our Chamonix & Switzerland trip in March we have added some extra lighting in the form of Lazers own kit comprising of the 750r Elite Grill kit along with their Lazer lamp bar to the roof via a fixing kit to the fitted Flat Dog roof rack.
Perfect for those dark poorly lit lanes & roads around the mountains of France & Switzerland...
A further upgrade to aid maps & entertainment via install of an Apple Car Play system ensuring large screen viewing of Google Maps as well as a few other Apps such as Spotify, Amazon Music, Landrover Apps & some, all utilising the original screen & able to toggle between Apple & LR's original screen to allow all original screens & facilities to be used.
